Recycled and/or new glass are fused together to form the fruit embellishments, trunk, branches, leaves and flowers. Each piece is cut or compiled separately, fused in a kiln, and then all pieces are fused together to make the landscape real and meaningful. The final piece can take up to 5 different firings. The last step is to fire polish the copper and mount the Dream Tree on the copper to give the piece the “WOW” factor. Another option is to mount the Dream Tree on metal painted with a color enamel of your choice. The final piece can be hung outside or inside or placed on a counter or table top (with or without a metal backing).
